If you're worried about filling the presentation time you've been given (virtual or live), here are a few ideas:

➡️ Split time with a co-presenter who can speak on their area of expertise
➡️ Run a Q&A session for the last portion of your time
➡️ Ask and entertain questions during your session (easiest done in virtual settings)
➡️ Incorporate a quiz, poll, or other games into your presentation
➡️ Ask for less time
