Use this ideally after you've been introduced to your keynote or training group, virtual or live.

Although not a 'roll in the aisle' joke, it's always gotten me some chuckles and has loosened the crowd up. More importantly, it differentiates me from the typical or boring public speaker the crowd may be expecting.
