If you struggle remembering your key points, you HAVE to try this method.

Visualize each talking point as an object in your childhood home, and then mentally walk through the rooms in your home. Time to talk about company financials? Visualize a huge dollar sign on the living room couch. Time to address the reach of a particular marketing campaign? Move into the kitchen where you see your CMO washing dishes.

I have one particular journey comprised of 239 rooms and 931 objects. Crazy, but it works. It’s how I never forget anything in my presentations. It also makes me completely independent from my slides in case my system or projector crashes.
