Don’t you forget about me

We all know about hybrid workplaces. But what about hybrid trainings?

I remember pre-Covid doing trainings and presentations entirely live without any virtual attendees. My complete attention was on the people in front of me.

Now I find myself doing a lot of live events with a handful of virtual attendees chiming in as well. Don't forget about these people!!!

➡️ Ask them to have their camera's on

➡️ Call them out to answer questions you pose

➡️ Assign a virtual attendee a topic/case study to share with the group

It's easy to truck along in a live setting without remembering our virtual audience. Remember: virtual attendees are pleading, "Don't you forget about me!"
